Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dust bag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your order back to the address labeled on the order.
The cost of return shipments that are customer’s change of mind will be covered by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The sender is responsible for customs fees, therefore when sending a shipment from outside the EU, please select “sender will pay for customs fee”. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Due to long delivery time, we don’t accept returns with any local Postal Service.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
